Where are you located? 

We are a UK based company but ship products worldwide. 

I have provided the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

If you would like to change the delivery address for your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by using our 'Contact us' page. Please ensure to include your name, correct address, order number and order details. 

Any requests after this time will not be considered. Also, if the order has already been posted, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. Refunds will not be issued if orders are not received, due to providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.  

How will my order be posted?

All orders (UK and International) are posted using Royal Mail tracked/signed delivery or the delivery carrier suitable to ensure your order arrives to you. On some occasions, this will not be Royal Mail.

How long will it to take ship my order? 

We always aim to post all orders as soon as possible. Orders will be posted within 3 - 5 working days and are sent tracked delivery (where possible).

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks to receive your order as sometimes our items are shipped directly from our warehouse, to ensure better prices for our customers. Also, please note that if you order multiple items, they may arrive separately and in different packages.

For International orders, please allow extra time for delivery, due to postal and Customs delays, delivery can take longer, which is out of our control. Refunds will not be given for orders which arrive later than you require, so please allow plenty of time to receive your order if you require it for a specific date/occasion. 

Please note that during holiday/peak periods such as Christmas, deliveries may take longer. However, if you are ever concerned about the delivery time for your order, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

All orders are sent with tracked delivery. If you would like to know your tracking number, please check your email as we often attach it when we dispatch your order. If you are not able to see it, please send us a message using our 'Contact' page. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

If I buy more than 1 product, will I have to pay another delivery charge?

If you purchase more than 1 item in the same transaction, there will be no extra charges as we want to offer the best prices to all of our customers.

Will I have to pay Customs charges?

International orders may incur Customs charges which is not included in the value paid to Kizzlish Beauty. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for Customs charges/aeditions fees and all customers are responsible for associated charges. Please check with your local Post Office before ordering, to find out the estimated Customs charges. We do not accept returns/exchanges or provide refunds if you are unhappy to pay custom fees/additional charges. If orders are returned back to us, due to custom fees/extra charges not being paid, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Also, if you still require the order, you will need to pay an admin and delivery fee to resend your order out. 

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please ensure that you contact us using our 'Contact us' page, within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed/packed/shipped, unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.
